SKYRC Q200 Charger
The skyrc Q200 charger comes in a neat box with 4 XT60 charge leads, 4 balance leads, 2 unsoldered charge leads and a power cable. Everything is well protected in the foam insert in the box and I keep using the box to carry the charger to the field and back.
SKYRC Q200 Charger – the 360 tour
The skyrc q200 charger has 4 charging ports, allowing up to 100W on 2 ports. Since I charge my 4S batteries in 2C, this allows my to charge 4 1500mah batteries on 3Amps each, simultaneously. That’s more then enough!
The USB port is awesome, allows you to charge your phone (or lap timer) in the field with ease. It’s not a “big-deal”, but my previous charger didn’t have a USB port and now i know how much i needed it. Using and external battery is really inconvenient!
The PC-LINK port allows you to control the charger from a computer. Since I never charge LiPos without keeping an eye on them I positioned the charger next to my computer, since that’s where i work. Connecting the charger via usb is very simple and only requires downloading an app.
From your computer you can change the charging ports settings with a few clicks. Start and Stop a port. See a charging chart showing voltage, amps and some other info. Although this is not a must, it really feels better then fiddling around with the buttons on the charger.
The charger screen gives you all the information about each port’s charge. Clicking the “plus” (+) button shows separate voltage for each cell.
The phone APP
While charging all the charge information shows in the app, at your flying seat! instead of getting up to check if any battery finished charging, you can now do that at the comfort of your chair!
